Educated at Manchester Grammar School and Leeds University, Frazer passed his Law Society Finals, with a distinction, in 1993. Ian has over 30 years extensive experience as a consultant and operational manager, up to and including board level, in sales and marketing, customer service and project managing change and efficiency improvement programmes in medium sized, FTSE 100 and international organisations. His experience covers a wide range of industries including utilities, telecoms, public sector, retail, pharmaceutical production, packaging and distribution, property, banking and financial services. Following 16 years of active service as an Engineering Office in the RAF David moved to work at Heathrow Airport, BAA, initially responsible for Operational Engineering and subsequently Utilities with an added role of Change Manager for a major change programme. In 2002 David hung up his corporate boots and opted to help out a struggling charity and ran a 300 bed activity and Conference Centre. Hugo is responsible for the delivery of our How to Create Personal Impact Workshops and also offers bespoke coaching for clients who wish to become confident charismatic communicators. Hugo trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and worked professionally for five years in TV film and theatre. In 2001 he set up his own events company and over the following five years turned it into a well established brand, employing over 30 staff and arranging events in over 20 countries.
